Live video-streaming of face-to-face classes for

Schools base their educational system, their pedagogical method and their business model on a face-to-face education. Legal measures and the new normal directly affect face-to-face education.
In this new paradigm presented by the post-covid era, we want to bring schools a solution that allows them to be prepared for a possible resurgence and continue betting on face-to-face education, minimizing the adverse consequences that this new normalis causing.
We have the solution.
After having successfully developed and implemented this solution in several entities during this time of confinement, we propose a self-managed video-streaming system designed so that schools can continue to offer their students an educational solution that facilitates that:
- The maximum number of students can attend school and receive face-to-face education.
- Comply with the regulations of having a smaller number of people per classroom.
- Duplication of schedules and/or teachers is avoided. Reduction of expenses.
How does it work?
The class is divided into two classrooms: The broadcast classroom and the reception room. In each classroom there will be the number of people allowed by law.
In the broadcast classroom, the teacher will teach the lesson only once before a group of students. In the reception room, the other remaining group of students will watch the lesson simultaneously.
- The lesson will be taught from a “broadcast” classroom in which the teacher, the number of students allowed by law and the video-streaming system* will be present.
- From the video-streaming system of the “broadcast” classroom, the lesson will be broadcast in a hidden link of an online platform that allows the broadcast of live video**.
- The live viewing will be carried out from a screen / projector + sound system located in the “reception” classrooms, which will attend the number of students allowed by law***.
This system can be replicated in all the classrooms that are desired and as many times as necessary based on the students, the available classrooms and the schedules that the school has.
This system could also be implemented in schools that do not have enough classrooms and are forced to carry out a rotation system for the attendance of their students, so that students who stay at home can continue to watch the class live through a link.
If the school wishes, this system allows to record and archive the lesson in the cloud, for the historical archive of the school, subsequent review of the lesson for the students, etc.

*It is necessary that the “broadcast” classroom has a good internet connection and space to place the streaming video system.

The integration of the system of face-to-face classes in video streaming for a classroom includes:
A. PREVIOUS STUDY
Advice and review of the basic requirements for integration:Electrical network, stable Internet connection with good speed, Ethernet wiring and Wifi connection, Laptop and computer system, lighting and acoustics check of the classroom.
This preliminary study will allow us to carry out an analysis of what requirements the school already meets and what requirements it is necessary for the school to hire to guarantee the proper functioning of the system. In case the school requires other facilities not offered in the integration of our system, we will indicate it in our report and propose a solution.
For a good integration of the streaming system, the school must be responsible for contracting the services and acquiring the products that have been considered in the report of the previous study.
B. PURCHASE AND ACQUISITION OF NECESSARY MATERIALS
There are many systems for streaming. From Adauge we propose a standard basic system that allows you to broadcast in Full HD. Even so, if necessary, after the previous study we advise the school for the selection of the most appropriate material for your situation.
We propose a standard streaming system for each classroom that needs it at an approximate total price of €850 perclassroom that includes these products:

C. INSTALLATION OF THE STREAMING SYSTEM
Once the school has purchased the products and services that we detail in the personalized list, we close an appointment for the installation of the streaming system in the number of classrooms that have been agreed.
D. TRAINING FOR THE USE OF THE STREAMING SYSTEM
Once the streaming system has been installed in the classrooms that have been agreed, we will carry out a one-hour session of face-to-face training for the person in charge assigned by the center, so that he learns the simple system and can explain it to the rest of the teachers who need it.
After the training, you will be able to access some video-tutorials that quickly show how to use the system.
E. MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE STREAMING SYSTEM
A priori with a good use of the streaming system there is no need for maintenance. In case in the future the school needs technical assistance, we can take care of it after budget approval.

- You make the 1st payment of 30% of the budget (upon presentation of invoice) for the previous study.
- We do the preliminary study for all the classrooms you have hired.
- You get a personalized list of the material and services needed to integrate the system into your classrooms.
- You make the purchase of the materials and services that we have detailed in your personalized list.
- You make the 2nd payment of 70% of the budget (upon presentation of invoice) for the installation of the system.
- We install the streaming system in your classrooms.
- We do the training for the use of the system.
